About the 5-25 Ton Large Capacity Anti-Heat Hot Metal Ladle Cart
for Steel Making Plant, its special is designed for high temperature ladle transport in
the steel manufacturing factory.
The batteries are installed in the hot metal ladle transfer cart.
The batteries supply electricity to the DC motor through the
electrical control system. We use this principle to operate the hot
metal ladle transfer cart, for example, start, stop, go forward and
backward, adjust the speed and so on.
It can get rid of the limitation of cables and remote control,
which makes the operation more convenient, safe, which can be
applied in long distance rail transit system.

Cart Frame
The frame is a frame structure welded by two longitudinal beams,
several cross beams and bench panels. Under the bench plate, all
the steel plates are welded into meshes, so that the force on the
frame is uniform. It can also be customized according as per
demands.
Rail Wheel
The wheel adopts the crane special wheel, the wheel uses ZG55, the
whole quenching, the wheel tread and the wheel rim inner hardness
hb320-380, the depth 20mm, after the wheel is assembled, the
rotation is flexible.It has the features of high strength and long
wearing life.

The hydraulic lift system can be installed on the hot metal ladle transfer cart to achieve lifting and other functions
4. Side Flip
