About the Metal Handling Equipment Self-Propelled Scrap Bucket
Transfer Car with Steel Slab Deck, it is designed to transfer scrap bucket with an external
temperature up to 350° C: it has a suitable protection for engines
and for battery and it is painted with an heat resistant paint.
As the scrap bucket transfer cars are equipped with steel wheels
and move on steel rails they are suited to very high loading
capacities thanks to the very low friction between steel and
steel.The capacity load can up to 500 tons.
Working Principle--- Self-Propelled Scrap Bucket Transfer Car
The batteries are installed in the Self-Propelled Scrap Bucket Transfer Car, and the batteries supply electricity to the DC motor through the
electrical control system. We use this principle to operate the
scrap bucket transfer car, for example, start, stop, go forward and
backward, adjust the speed and so on. It can get rid of the
limitation of cables and remote control, which makes the operation
more convenient, safe, which can be applied in long distance rail
transit system.
