The Automatic Electric Driven Steel Industry Apply Transfer Carts
For Molten Ladle Transport is an electric operated material transfer cart which is powered by
battery and running on the rails. Its special is designed for high temperature ladle transport in the
steel manufacturing factory.
As the transfer carts are equipped with steel wheels and move on
steel rails they are suited to very high loading capacities thanks
to the very low friction between steel and steel. The capacity load
can up to 500 tons.
The batteries are installed in the steel industry apply transfer
carts. The batteries supply electricity to the DC motor through the
electrical control system. We use this principle to operate the
transfer carts, for example, start, stop, go forward and backward,
adjust the speed and so on.

1. Load-Bearing Transport
Load-bearing transport is the most basic and important function of
transfer cart.
2. Turning
This series of transfer cart have the function of running on
S-shaped, C-shaped, curved rails, etc.
3. Lift
The hydraulic lift system can be installed on the transfer cart to
achieve lifting and other functions
4. Side Flip
The transfer cart can realize self-discharging by the hydraulic
device
5. Safety Devices
Safety devices can be installed on the transfer cart, for example,
proximity switches, dead man stop, alarm systems, buffers to
achieve the corresponding safety functions.
6. Others
Our company can research and develop the corresponding non-standard
transfer carts to achieve the required functions according to the
customers’ requirements.
