The Custom Cable Transfer Cart Flatbed Die Electric Transfer Car
for Industrial Material Handling is an electric driven material
transfer cart which is running on the rails.
It is designed for material handling from one bay to another in the
working site. As the transfer carts are equipped with steel wheels
and move on steel rails, and the very low friction between steel
and steel, the electric transfer carts are suited to very high
loading capacities.
Working Principle --- Cable Transfer Cart
The 20 ton transfer cart is the cable reels powered, the transfer
vehicle gets power AC 380v through the device of cable reel, and
the motor is controlled by the power through AC control system that
make the transfer cart to start, stop, go forward, backward, adjust
the speed and so on.
To avoid damage to the cable, add a cable reel as a
retracting/discharging device. Due to the limitation of the cable,
it is suitable for a short-distance rail transportation system, but
its structure is simple and the price is low. Therefore, it is also
a common rail transportation equipment in the workshop.
The power supply can be customized according as your true demands,
such as battery powered, low voltage rail powered, busbar powered,
etc.

frequent use of the track across the common rail cart.
Metallurgical Motor - Y series metallurgical motor is suitable for
frequent starting.
Cable Reel - With a large adjustment range for take-up torque,
constant tension after adjustment and stability, good
synchronization performance.
Self-Locking Ability, No Cable Slipping - Reasonable structure
arrangement, easy installation, use, maintenance, stable and
reliable performance.
