The Cable Reels Powered Aluminum Coil Plant Steel Railway Flat
Transfer Car With V Support Bracket is an electric driven flat transfer car which is running on the
rails. It is designed for coil material handling from one bay to
another in the working site.
As the railway flat transfer cars are equipped with steel wheels
and move on steel rails, and the very low friction between steel
and steel, the railway transfer cars are suited to very high
loading capacities.
Working Principle --- Steel Railway Flat Transfer Car
The flat transfer car for coil transfer is the cable reels powered,
the motorised transport cart gets power AC 380v through the device
of cable reel, and the motor is controlled by the power through AC
control system that make the flat transfer car to start, stop, go
forward, backward, adjust the speed and so on.
To avoid damage to the cable, add a cable reel as a
retracting/discharging device. Due to the limitation of the cable,
it is suitable for a short-distance rail transportation system, but
its structure is simple and the price is low. Therefore, it is also
a common rail transportation equipment in the workshop.
The power supply can be customized according as your true demands,
such as battery powered, low voltage rail powered, busbar powered,
etc.

Electric Power Control System:It is mainly composed of control switch, voltage converter,
warning lamp and conductive transmission device. Its main function
is to provide the voltage needed for the operation of flat transfer
car and ensure its safety.
Driven Control System:It is mainly composed of motor, reducer, roller belt, brake device
and brake controller. Its main function is to drive the electric
flat car to slide on the track.
Car Frame:The frame material is steel structure, the outer surface is 50MM
thick high strength steel plate, and the frame is welded.
Others:It include wheel frame, shaft coupling, transmission worm gear,
pressure testing tool, or alarm lamp, stop device, explosion-proof
device, hydraulic lifting platform device, etc.
