Introduction
20T metal ore factory apply electric 4 wheels steerable transfer
cart adopts crane beam box structure, steel plate CNC cutting,
intelligent robot welding. The wheels are made of solid cast steel
and covered with polyurethane glue, which can reduce the height of
the whole cart and thus ensure the smooth operation. The steerable transfer cart adopts a balance beam or a support to assist its flexible turning.
Dual drives are used to increase the power of the trolley during
operation. The steerable transfer cart handle and wireless remote control are used for dual control, and
the handle is equipped with a direction rocker, which makes the
control easier and more flexible. The table top can be equipped
with anti-skid rubber sheet or wooden board, so as to protect the
safety of the workpiece and prevent the workpiece from directly
contacting the car body and causing damage to the workpiece.
Working Principle
The battery is installed in the steerable transfer carts. The
batteries supplied the electricity to the DC motor through the
electrical control system. By this ways, we can make the steerable
transfer carts to start, stop, go forward, backward, adjust the
speed and so on.
