Introduction of RGV
RGV is a track-guided vehicle, also known as a track-shuttle car.
RGV car can be used in all kinds of high-density storage
warehouses. The car passage can be designed to be any length, which
can improve the storage capacity of the whole warehouse.
RGV can easily be automatically connected with other logistics
systems, such as exit/entry platforms, various buffer stations,
conveyors, elevators and robots, to carry out planned material
transfer. In addition, it requires no human operation and runs
fast. Thus, the workload of warehouse managers is significantly
reduced and labor productivity is increased, while the application
of shuttle vehicles can make the logistics system very simple.

1. Load-Bearing Transport
Load-bearing transport is the most basic and important function of
transfer vehicle
2. Turning
This series of electric coil transfer vehicle have the function of
running on S-shaped, C-shaped, curved rails, etc.
3. Lift
The hydraulic lift system can be installed on the electric coil
transfer vehicle to achieve lifting and other functions
4. Side Flip
The transfer vehicle can realize self-discharging by the hydraulic
device
5. Safety Devices
Safety devices can be installed on the transfer vehicle, for
example, proximity switches, dead man stop, alarm systems, buffers
to achieve the corresponding safety functions.
6. Others
Our company can research and develop the corresponding non-standard
transfer vehicle to achieve the required functions according to the
customers’ requirements.
